Gem Exteriors, Inc. is celebrating our 37th year serving the north and northwest suburbs and the Chicago Land area.
We are family owned and operated, specializing in residential and commercial roofing, siding and building maintenance.
Our employees have many years of experience in the industry and are trained whenever new products are introduced. We try to stay current with the new energy efficient products that are on the market.
Elite Contractor Award
Gem Exteriors Inc. has been awarded "The Elite Contractor Award" from Duro-Last Roofing since 2010. 
Duro-Last has created two unique programs to reward authorized contractors who have a strong record of exceptional attention to quality in the installation of the Duro-Last Roofing System and sales.
Contractors eligibility is determined by Performance throughout the year, and contractors will be awarded the title either Master Contractor or the highest honor of ELITE CONTRACTOR at the end of the calendar year.
Gem Exteriors inc. was proud to be a Master Contractor for 2009, But with more training, hard work and closer attention to details, we made Elite Contractor.
